iBex Accommodation - Plans
Overview
We offer 3 product versions for accommodation operators that range from a basic booking engine through to a fully featured booking system including property and sales channel management.
iBex Lite
This is our entry level plan which enables you to setup and manage rates, images, property and room descriptions and provides you with a sophisticated web booking system for use on your own website. You cannot setup agents or agent rates. However, you can provide optional extras for sale (eg. meals, transfers, activities, etc).
Suitable for: Smaller properties operating Callista Hospitality without the need for external Agents.
Price: Fixed fee only - from £17 per month (plus VAT, based on property size.) Please contact us for quote specific to your operation.
iBex Web
This product has all the features and benefits of iBex Lite but includes the ability to register your own agents with varying conditions.
You control payment terms and can elect for manual credit card processing or through PayPal's automated payment gateway.
You can either use the customisable iBex booking screens, or design your own screens and access the data from iBex using XML.
Suitable for: Properties operating Callista Hospitality with external agents and a requirement to process credit card bookings in real time.

iBex Office
This is a highly functional Property Management System and has all the features and benefits of iBex Web and is for those who do not have a property management system, or their current PMS does not meet their needs. iBex Office features a complete booking system to manage all your bookings - not just those received from your web site or sales channels.
iBex Office includes room unit management, and extra reporting of debtors, creditors, invoicing, room servicing and vouchering.
Suitable for: Properties requiring a comprehensive property management solution.
